Citrus hystrix Description

Citrus hystrix Peel Powder Extract: Citrus hystrix, also known as kaffir lime and medicinal lime in ancient literature, is a member of the Rutaceae family and is native to India and Southeast Asia. When fully ripe, the fruits are green when raw and greenish yellow when fully ripe. They are used in the preparation of juice, pickles, and as an acidulant in curries. The fruit peel and leaves are used to treat various inflammatory ailments in the traditional Indian system of medicine, Ayurveda, and various folk systems of medicine.
