Artocarpus lacucha Powder Extract :Jack is the common name for Artocarpus lacucha, often known as monkey fruit. It can be found all over the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia. The wood of the tree is prized, and the fruit is tasty and thought to have medicinal properties. The wood is used to build pong lang, a native folk instrument in northeastern Thailand. The stilbenoid oxyresveratrol can be isolated from A. lakoocha heartwood as well as Puag Haad, a light brown powder made by heating, then slowly evaporating and chilling the aqueous extract of A. lakoocha Roxb wood chips. This traditional medicine can be used to treat taeniasis or the intestinal fluke Haplorchis taichui.

In addition to reducing hair loss, the lakucha fruit promotes regrowth of the hair from the hair follicles and makes hair shafts stronger.
