We have made every step of our returns process as clear and transparent as possible. Below is everything you need to know — from eligibility and refund calculation to item condition requirements and processing timelines.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be initiated within this window — requests outside the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
Refunds cover the product price minus the actual shipping cost incurred by Emperorherb®. Shipping paid by the customer is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the actual shipping expense we absorbed.
Returned products must be in their original, sealed packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt before a refund is issued.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation the moment your refund has been issued.
